PRESENTATION & GARNISH:

All the food will be fresh and organic when possible and within reason in regards to price and availability.  All platters and dishes will be beautifully & creatively garnished with seasonal vegetables such as golden beets, and black and red radishes. Fresh herb garnish includes parsley, rosemary, basil, chives, lavender, grape leaves and mint.

 

 

The price per person is:   

 

We appreciate that accurately estimating your number of attending guests is a challenge. However, we prepare for your event so that there is a generous amount of food for all those attending. If there are more of your guests who do attend than you estimated, then we'll adjust the invoice to reflect the additional people.  If there are fewer guests, then you’ll have a generous amount of food to take home for your family and out of town guests.

·        Table cloths and cloth napkins are an additional charge:

o       Paper “linen like” table cloths       (white only):                      $2.00/each

o       Linen table cloths (multiple colors available):                      $8.00/each
